Shipping & returns
Boxed, cradled, insured
A fifty-six-piece service is fifty-six chances to chip in the post, which is why none of them travel loose. Every set ships in its gift box, packed in moulded pulp, insured door to door — and you have thirty days to return it unopened.
Delivery
In-stock services leave the works within two working days. Every shipment is insured for its full value, and all charges are in CNY — the currency of every price on this site.
| Region | Service | Time | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mainland China | Insured courier | 2–4 days | ¥15 · free over ¥300 |
| Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan | Insured courier | 4–7 days | Quoted at checkout |
| International | Insured air courier | 8–14 days | Quoted at checkout |
International rates depend on the weight of the service — a six-piece rice set and a fifty-six-piece banquet are different parcels — so they are quoted at checkout rather than estimated here. No charge is hidden in the porcelain.
The packing
Every service ships in its colour-printed gift box — the same box it would be given in, at no extra charge. Inside, each piece sits in moulded pulp pressed to hold the porcelain by foot and shoulder, never by the rim, and the box travels in a double-walled carton.
The pulp is pressed recycled fibre; the whole parcel recycles. Keep the gift box for thirty days — it is also the returns packaging, and a return is only a return while the box is still sealed.

The colour-printed gift box — included with every set, from the ¥69 rice set to the full banquet.
Returns
Any set may come back within thirty days of delivery, unopened in its original gift box, for a full refund to the original payment method. Unopened is the honest line: a service is counted, graded and sealed at the works, and we can only restock what we can still vouch for piece by piece.
A piece that arrives broken is a different matter entirely — that is not a return but a claim, replaced free under breakage care, and it never requires posting anything back.
An honest footnote
jadesfineporcelain is a demonstration storefront. There is no checkout at the end of these pages — no order is taken, nothing ships, and the table above shows how the catalog would travel rather than a service you can buy here. The sets, the grades and the CNY prices are the real 家好 catalog; the shop is the exhibit.
